Thomas & Tyler was founded by M. Tyler Notestine, T. Drew Notestine, and Mark E. Notestine in 1994.  Today the firm is managed by brothers Drew and Ty Notestine with other family members actively involved as investors and strategic partners.  

 

Drew and Ty's varied style, expertise, and skills come together for a combination of talent and leadership that proves to be successful.  Both brothers are natives of Colorado and both graduated from the University of Colorado College of Business. Ty and his family enjoy calling Greeley home and Drew is a proud native of Greeley now living in Denver.

Both men are active in their local community with current and past Board involvement including the Greeley Downtown Developmnent Authority (DDA), Weld Community Foundation, UNC Monfort College of Business Dean's Leadership Council, Greeley Rotary Board, UNC Performing & Visual Arts Advisory Board, Northern Colorado & Wyoming Better Business Bureau Board, Greeley's Historic Preservation Commission, Colorado Preservation, Inc. and professional affiliation with the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).  

 

Together, Drew and Ty's community involvement, business experience, collaborative efforts, and prudent management have resulted in professional and personal accomplishment.
